Cantina di Negrar is a co-operative cellar founded in 1933 in the village of Negrar, not far from Verona. It has been known throughout its long history for the production of Amarone della Valpolicella and today remains an impressive Venetian brand consistently winning awards.
Alberto Coffelle has overseen the development of this family estate since 1994. Producing around 130,000 bottles a year, the company is best known for its flagship ‘Ca Visco’ Soave Classico, a blend of mainly Garganega, with a small portion of Trebbiano di Soave.
