Founded in 2001, Lagar do Meréns is known for Ribeiro DO blends from local varieties such as Treixadura, Lado, Loureira, Godello and Albarino.

Lagar de Cervera is a Galician winery project run by La Rioja Alta. The company is known for making crisp, dry wines in the Rías Baixas appellation.

Bodegas El Paraguas is a joint project garage winery in Galicia by wine journalist Marcial Pita, and award-winning fourth generation oenologist Felicísimo Pereira. With a focus on the Treixadura grape on high elevation slopes in Ribeiro, the wines have drawn comparisons with Burgundy for their depth and mineral characteristics.

Antonio Cajide produces highly rated Ribeiro whites from local varieties. Known best for ‘1040 Sameirás’ that blends Treixadura, Albariño, Godello and Lado.

Although Bodegas Casal de Armán was founded in the late 90s, the family has been making wines in Ribeiro for four generations.
