Fer Servadou - known variously as Fer, Mansois and Pinenc - is an obscure red wine grape variety grown principally in the Marcillac and Gaillac appellations of southwest France. Here it delivers deep-coloured, tannic wines with a rustic character and wild fruit flavours.
