Räuschling is a rare white wine grape variety grown almost exclusively in the Swiss cantons of Zürich, Saint Gallen, Schaffhausen and Schwyz, and in Germany’s Baden region. It can be vinified to produce simple, crisp wines with good acidity and mild citrus notes.
