Château Fonplégade is a name we're going to hear a lot about over the next few years. The vineyard of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, on limestone and clay soils, is certified organic and using biodynamic techniques. In the winery the care extends to every facet of modern winemaking to ensure pure fruit and defined elegance is maintained throughout.
