Aymeric de Gironde arrived as President of Chateau Troplong Mondot from Cos d'Estournel in September 2017 and has wasted little time in making his mark. Château Troplong Mondot is one of the most important estates in Saint-Émilion, boasting some of the highest vineyards on the limestone rich plateau.
