Dillon Vineyards

Dillon Vineyards is located in the Yountville appellation, south of the town of Yountville, on the plain of the Napa Valley. This unique terroir is famed for producing good quality Chardonnay. The perfectly balanced fruit and acid structure of these Chardonnay grapes gives Dillon Vineyards the ability to ferment its grapes in the two classic vinification techniques: stainless steel and oak barrel fermentation.
