Guillaume Guiton has been making the wines at this family domain since 2003, after taking over from his father Jean. With 11.5 hectares planted around Savigny-Les-Beaune, almost exclusively to Pinot Noir, their portfolio includes five Premier Cru sites. Les Hauts Jarrons is one of the company’s top wines.
