The Romanian wine scene could do with more wineries like Liliac Winery. In a short space of time the company has come to represent one of the new faces of boutique winemaking. Set in the rolling hills of Transylvania, in the DOC classified Lechinta area, where white wine prevails more than red, Liliac pursue clean, fruit driven wines and often using native varieties such as Fetească Regală and Fetească Albă.
