Winemaker Philippe Gimel first worked at top names such as Château de Beaucastel in the Southern Rhône and Château Pierre Bise in the Loire. Today he’s producing good quality wines in the Ventoux appellation, notably his estate’s flagship ‘La Pierre Noire’.
