The Fürst family has been involved in grape growing since 1638. The estate, which developed under Monika and Paul is situated in Churfranken, where stunning views of the picturesque medieval town of Miltenberg can be seen. The holdings are Centgrafenberg and Hundsrück in Bürgstadt and the original Schlossberg in the red sandstone terraces of Klingenberg. The best wine is a crisp and refreshing Riesling from Centgrafenberg, a white Burgundian style from Bürgstadt and Volkach.
