Founded in 2000, Yatir Winery is situated in the northeastern Negev Desert, close to the famous Tel Arad archeological site with its 3000-year old ruins of Canaanite city. The vineyards lie in Yatir Forest, the largest forest in Israel, at up to 2,700 feet elevation. Highly rated wines are made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
Founded by Paul Caputo, Vinorandum is the place to discover more about fine wines from all around the world, as well as wine-growing countries, regions, appellations and producers.
