100% Garnatxa Blanca (white Grenache) from 80 year old vineyards at 650m in altitude in Òdena, just outside Barcelona. Calcareous, clavey and gypsum soils. Manual harvest in 20kg boxes in October. Fermentation in new French Oak. Four to five months ageing in new barrels of lightly toasted and fine grained French oak Allier. Organic and unfiltered.
