Description

Giovanni Ederle’s Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore is a typical blend of the area. Fruit is cultivated in clay soils at an altitude of around 220m. Fermentation takes place over about 15 days with an additional seven days mixed with the vinacce of the estate’s Amarone wine. It spends 12 months in large cask.
