Description

30 year-old vines spread over 22 hand-harvested hectares give birth to this wine made up of the estate’s best Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon - sometimes with a bit of Cinsault, Cabernet France and Mourvèdre. It’s aged in oak barrels for 18 to 24 months.
