Coming from a tiny 3.6 hectare plot of 35 year old facing vineyards. Chardonnay planted in chalky-clayed soils and trellised using double guyot. Made in stainless steel tanks to retain the distinctive taste and freshness of the Chardonnay grape. Vaillons is generally a firmer structured wine than Les Lys.
