Description

Poeirinho comes from 100-year-old vines planted in clay-calcareous soils. The grapes are harvested by hand at the beginning of September and immediately brought to the winery. The mash is fermented for a total of 4 weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before about 20 months in large wooden barrels. Often bottled unfiltered.
