Barbera d’Asti DOCG "Bricco della Bigotta" by Braida

Bricco della Bigotta was named after a pious woman who lived next to the Barbera vineyard in Rocchetta Tanaro. Produced only from estate grown fruit, it spends 20 days macerating on the skins, followed by 15 months in barriques and another year in the bottle.
