In 2007 Chuparosa Vineyards started the north block project by planting 1.5 acres of vines grown from the VCR-6 clone sourced from Italy’s Vivai Cooperativi Rauscedo, better known as Brunello. 2012 was the fourth harvest and was aged in Hungarian Oak for 18 months.
