The Gran Cuvée is Popov's key red wine. [Merlot](/grape/merlot), [Cabernet Sauvignon](/grape/cabernet-sauvignon) and [Vranec](/grape/vranec) grown in the Sopot area of the [Tikveš](/district/tikves) region. It receives a micro fermentation in stainless steel tanks with plenty of pumping over. There is a prolonged contact with the skins for a deep extraction before a 30 month stay in Macedonian and French Barriques.
