First produced in 1990. Made exclusively with Montepulciano d’Abruzzo trained with Pergola Abruzzese trellis method. Grown on vineyards in Scafa, San Valentino and Spoltore at between 150 and 300 metres. Clay rich soils. About 30,000 bottles a year made.
