Description

100% Gaglioppo grown in white clay soils at 50-100m in the Timpa Bianca area of the Cirò Marina. Usually a traditional fermentation with 15 days steeping, drawing off and soft pressing. Élevage takes place in Calabrian chestnut barriques over 12-14 months.
