Tignanello is one of the world’s most famous red wines. It was one of the first Tuscan wines to be aged in small barriques and amongst the first wines in the region to be produced exclusively from red grapes. Tignanello is bottled only in favorable vintages, and was not produced in 1972, 1973,1974, 1976, 1984, 1992, and 2002.
