Anontella Corda's Ziru is made primarily with Vermentino cultivated in marly limestone soils. The wine does not fit the tasting requirements to be labelled as Vermentino di Sardegna due to the use of amphora and as such is bottled using the Isola dei Nuraghi IGP. Ziru is fermented on the grape skins. Maturation in amphorae for 24 months. Bottled without filtration.
