Very small production. Only 2660 made in 2018 from half a hectare. The vines are about 20 years old. Chardonnay grown at between 870 and 950 metres. Fruit was destemmed and cold soaked for 12 hours; alcoholic fermentation in large neutral oak barrels of no more than 20HL, followed by natural malolactic fermentation in barrel. Ages for around 10 months in large oak cask on the lees, before 12 months in bottle before release.
