Vineyards for this Vernaccia are located in several zones across the municipality of San Gimignano but are generally made up of clay and sand soils at elevations between 120 and 300 metres. It receives a soft-crushing of grapes and temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with cultured yeasts.
