Clos du Château des Ducs wines

Clos du Château des Ducs is a small, walled Premier Cru vineyard located within the village of Volnay, directly adjacent to Clos de la Cave des Ducs. With shallow limestone soils and an easterly exposure, the site benefits from excellent drainage and early morning sunlight, resulting in Pinot Noir that is delicate, perfumed, and finely etched. While modest in size and less widely known than some neighboring climats, Clos du Château des Ducs offers a refined and quietly expressive interpretation of Volnay’s central terroir.
