Clos du Verseuil wines

Clos du Verseuil is a lesser-known Premier Cru vineyard in Volnay, positioned just below the village and adjacent to Clos des Ducs. Its slope is gentle and soils are predominantly limestone with some clay, contributing to wines that are fresh, finely structured, and marked by purity of fruit. Though not widely seen as a standalone bottling, when produced, Clos du Verseuil offers a subtle and elegant expression of Volnay with soft red fruit, floral notes, and a supple finish.
