En Chevret wines

En Chevret is a small Premier Cru vineyard situated on the southern side of Volnay, just below the esteemed Santenots sector and near the border with Meursault. The site features moderately deep soils with a mix of limestone and clay, which yield Pinot Noir with a balance of suppleness and structure. Wines from En Chevret tend to show soft red fruit, floral overtones, and gentle tannins, making them approachable in youth while still capable of developing complexity with age.
