Les Mitans is a centrally located Premier Cru vineyard in the heart of Volnay, known for producing wines that exemplify the appellation’s signature finesse and aromatic delicacy. With well-drained limestone soils and a gentle east-facing slope, the site yields Pinot Noir of supple texture, fine tannins, and lifted red fruit.
