Castellero wines

Castellero is a well-positioned MGA in the commune of Barolo, located on mid-altitude slopes just west of the village, with a mix of clay and marl-limestone soils. Its exposure ranges from southeast to southwest, providing balanced ripening conditions that yield wines with harmony, gentle structure, and aromatic lift. Castellero produces Barolo that is elegant and approachable, often showing red fruit, spice, and floral notes, with the capacity to age gracefully without relying on sheer power.
