Cerrati is a respected MGA located in the commune of Serralunga d’Alba, on steep, well-exposed slopes with compact clay-limestone soils that define the area’s powerful style. The site produces Barolo of notable structure and depth, with firm tannins, dark fruit, and a strong mineral backbone. Cerrati wines often require time to soften but reward ageing with layered complexity and the kind of austere elegance that characterises classic Serralunga vineyards.
