Albariño is a white Spanish grape variety grown in Galicia but found increasingly further afield. Just across the border in Portuguese Minho it is known as Alvarinho.

With a focus on the Treixadura grape on high elevation slopes in Ribeiro, the wines have drawn comparisons with Burgundy for their depth and mineral characteristics.
