Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm is based in Bernkastel-Wehlenand and is one of the most famous names in German winemaking. This legendary estate is the source of some of the country’s great expressions of ‘Kabinett’ and ‘Spätlese’ Rieslings.
Weingut Schloss Saarstein is one of the great names of the Saar. It was purchased by the Ebert family in 1956 and now produces almost a million bottles a year. Today, second generation, Christian Ebert manages the 11 hectare estate that boasts iconic sites such as the incredibly steep Serriger Schloss Saarsteiner, a VDP Grosse Lagen. The estate is also known for ice wein.
Axel Pauly is the latest generation to take over Weingut Pauly, the highly respected Mosel producer located in the village of Lieser, in the famous Bernkastel area.
Weingüter Geheimrat J.Wegeler is known for producing sparkling wines. They also produce wine from their estate in the Rheingau.
