Irancy AOC

Located just 15km from Chablis, Irancy represents the most northern expression of Pinot Noir in Burgundy. Just a handful of producers operate here and often create excellent wines that seem well priced in comparison with their more illustrious neighbours to the south in the Côte de Nuits.

Saint-Bris AOC

Saint-Bris AOC is a relatively small appellation located in the Burgundy region of France. It is known for producing white wines made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes and is one of the few regions in Burgundy to produce white wines exclusively. The vineyards of Saint-Bris are located on a hillside and the soils are rich in fossil deposits, giving the wines a unique minerality. The wines are generally crisp, fresh, and aromatic, with characteristic flavours of citrus and green apple.

Vézelay AOC

Located in the south of the Yvonne in the Grand Auxerrois, the new appellation Vézelay is extends on either side of the River Cure, a tributary of the River Yonne. It was granted appellation status in 1997 but there have been vines planted here since the end of the first century AD.
