Domaine Trimbach is one of the most recognised names in Alsace. Its prestigious winemaking history dates back to 1626. Located in the heart of Ribeauvillé, one of the iconic villages of the appellation, Trimbach produces a range of single varietal wines from the classic varieties of the region.
13th Street Winery was founded in 1998 by four amateur winemaker friends, but built on by the current owners John and June Mann and Doug and Karen Whitty who purchased a winery in 2008. 85% of the fruit comes from the company’s own vineyards, much of which finds itself in the Creek Shores of the Niagara Peninsula. A range of red and white wines are produced, notably from Riesling, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc.
Based in the Santa Ynez Valley, Firestone Vineyard was the first key winery to be established there. Covering around 325 acres of vineyard not far from the Pacific Ocean, the estate is known for producing complex wines from varieties such as Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
