Marcel Lapierre was one of the great pioneers of the natural wine movement in Beaujolais. Following his death in 2010 his son, Mathieu, and daughter, Camille continue to keep his vision strong, embracing biodynamics, wild yeast, and minimal use of sulphur. There are 13 ha in the Villié-Morgon area, two of which are in the Cote de Py.
