Grillo

Baglio del Cristo di Campobello is a 35 hectare winery located closed to Agrigento in the south of Sicily. The company produces a range of still and sparkling wines from local grape varieties that are finally gaining international acclaim for their balance and freshness.

Le Casematte is a small winery founded in 2008. They have become known for their work in the Faro DOC and have achieved good results in a short space of time for their Faro DOC.

Cantine Lombardo is an artisan producer based in Marsala.

Feudo Montoni is one of the top producers in Sicily. The wines are produced at a 600 years old Baglio formerly belonging to a noble Aragonese family. Today the estate, located in the province of Agrigento, is owned and managed by the Sireci family, who have overseen Feudo Montoni since the late 1800s. The typical varieties of the island are cultivated, including Nero d’Avola, Grillo and the increasingly popular Perricone.

Feudo Maccari is a highly regarded producer of Nero d’Avola.

Fazio is a medium sized family owned winery in western Sicily producing wines in the Erice DOC. With a focus on the island’s local varieties of Grillo, Catarratto and Nero d’Avola, the estate also cultivates Müller-Thurgau. They are currently one of two producers using the Erice DOC.

Tenuta Gorghi Tondi is an organic estate based in Mazara del Vallo, just south of Marsala on the western side of Sicily.

Cantine Pellegrino produce an iconic ‘passito’ on the island of Pantelleria as well as a number of table wines in the west of Sicily.
